Clemens!

I had the greatest skate today, full of ups and downs (I didn't fall). Started strongly on flat and fast pavement, then encountered some hills and precipitation. But all around a great skate for being so abnormally out of shape!
Thanks to you for helping motivate me to keep going strongly and with all the fervor of my younger years.

How can I send you the results? I posted them on Strava and on my fb page (Eddy Skater). If you can't find them let me know and I will send you via an alternative method.
