Adelaide, Australia: 24skate #18

This is my skate from yesterday. Was a windy day!!

I started at 10:30am in Adelaide which is on ACST. UTC/GMT+10:30 hours.






Today’s skate was with Adelaide group skate and was a blast. It was a fun and social skate along a beautiful shared walking/bike path. The path runs for about 13kms one way and makes for a glorious out and back skate. This has to be one of my favourite paths to skate in Australia. Unfortunately our speed was quite slow. My first 23kms were at about 23km/h but Adelaide is a very windy city (Australia’s second windiest!) and the wind was not kind on Sunday! The wind kept changing and we more or less travelled head on into it the entire way! Still a fun skate and even better to be skating for a cause!
