Rio de Janeiro, Brazil: Hours 1 and 2 of 24skate #16


On June 1st we were there - before 8 AM excited and a bit nervous about the event that was intended to collect km for UNICEF. Yes, we ought to skate for about 2hrs and try our best to make it worthy. After all, the skated km would be converted as a donation for this institute. Each county around the globe would have its share of time.

And so, 31 and a half skaters (you can check the video on Youtube in order to understand) gathered - men and women, children and even grandpa and grandma were there!

We had support from Decathlon - a very unique gesture, especially in Brazil, and we are all very grateful for that! As a hole, we skated around 280km and ended the event very pleased and longing for more!
